Due to the complexity of the documents included in this service we recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6 or later) with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 for best viewing experiences.

Minimum hardware/platform requirements for the BCA On-Line are:

  • 486 or Pentium processor based personal computer

  • Microsoft Windows (95 or later)

  • 8 MB of RAM on Windows 95 and Windows 98 (16MB recommended)

  • 64 MB of RAM on Windows 2000

Note: Windows 3.0, 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups is not a supported platform.
